Admission Procedure


ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Fresh Admission to the children of serving Army Personnel coming on transfer from outstation can be made in the school throughout the session.

  1. Children of serving army personnel coming from Army Public Schools are admitted based on Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school, without admission test.
  2. Wards of Army Personnel coming from school other than APS may be admitted after evaluation test.
  3. The age for classes is regulated accordingly.

STANDARD OF ENTRANCE  TEST FOR ADMISSION
Entrance test will be taken of the previous class of the child to which admission is being sought at the beginning of the session.
The test is conducted in the following subjects
                                             

CLASS SUBJECT
a)     II to V  English, Hindi and Math.
b)   VI to IX English, Hindi, Math, General Science and
Social Science.
c)        X  English, Hindi, Math, Science and
Social Science
d)  XI to XII English & Elective Subjects

                      

Note :
Qualifying the entrance test is no guarantee to secure admission unless vacancies are available in the respective classes as per ‘Priority’ for admission depending on the category to which the child belongs. However, decision of the management to grant admission is final in all cases.
AGE LIMIT FOR ADMISSION
1. The age for classes is regulated as per CBSE/ AWES norms.
2. Once the date of birth is recorded in the school register, change is not accepted.

FEE SCHEDULE
Fee will be collected online only on quarterly basis by 15th of the first month of every quarter. Thereafter late fee will be charged as per rules.
                                                                                                          
ATTENDANCE
1. Regular attendance throughout the year is desirable.
2. Child having less than 75% of the attendance will not be allowed to take annual examination.

WITHDRAWALS
At least five days advance notice in writing on a prescribed form is to be given duly signed by the parent/guardian for withdrawal of a student from the school. Transfer certificate will be issued only on receipt of ‘No Dues’ slip by the office.
